Sahara, Kate Ford’s Resort 23 collection, influenced by layers of experience and culture by the Moroccan people. 5am morning prayer ringing out across the city, romance through the warm, cobbled streets, on your way to the markets, sifting through the mix of herbs, spices and tannery that fill the air. Walking towards the warm and welcoming artisan weaver who involved Kate in teaching first hand how they've mastered the craft from years of passed down traditions. Then onto the famous Jardin De Majorelle, where you find the glowing sunlit yellow walls, from above it is looking like sapphire amongst the Red City. As you cross the threshold, the pink creeper-covered walls contain a world of exotic plants and trees, esoteric art and memories, these dreams becoming an inspiration.
