Order Processing Times

Orders received during business hours (AEST) are processed and shipped within one business day, during busy periods such as sales or product launches we allow up to three business days. We are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been confirmed as we start preparing your order as soon as it is received. 

We are not liable for any packages not sent or delivered within your required timeframe as the above is only a guide and Kate Ford Pty Ltd is not obliged to stay within these timeframes. No returns will be accepted due to a delayed shipment.

If there is a delay in shipping or out of stock items, you will be notified by email and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.

Duties and Taxes

International Orders (Duties & Taxes)
All international orders are shipped from Australia on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. This means that duties, taxes, customs clearance fees and any other import charges are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your destination country's customs authority and, if applicable, must be paid before your order can be released for delivery.

Unpaid Duties & Returned Shipments
If an international order is returned to KATE FORD because duties, taxes or customs charges were not paid, the order will not be eligible for a refund. We will be happy to arrange for the parcel to be re-shipped once it has been returned to us; however, the customer will be responsible for paying the applicable shipping charges again, together with any outstanding duties, taxes or customs charges required by the destination country.

International Returns
If you choose to return an international order, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, as well as any applicable duties, taxes and customs charges associated with returning the goods to Australia. Returns must be sent on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. If a return is sent with unpaid duties, taxes or customs charges that become payable by KATE FORD, these amounts will be deducted from your refund. If your item is deemed faulty or you have received an incorrect item, KATE FORD will cover all reasonable shipping and customs costs associated with the return.

Currency

All product prices indicated, and payments made on the Australian Online Store are in AUD currency. GST is included in the order total for all shipments within Australia.

We also offer USD and NZD online stores. USD is used worldwide other than New Zealand.

Tracking your Order

Once your order has been sent, you will receive a tracking number sent to your chosen email address used when checking out.

All deliveries must be signed for between 8am and 6pm. If no one is home, your parcel will be sent to your closest collection point. If an order is returned to us due to the collection not being picked up on time, you will be responsible for the shipping fees to return the product to your desired address and we will not offer a refund or store credit due to the return.
