Order Processing Times

Orders received during business hours (AEST) are processed and shipped within one business day, during busy periods such as sales or product launches we allow up to three business days. We are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been confirmed as we start preparing your order as soon as it is received. 

We are not liable for any packages not sent or delivered within your required timeframe as the above is only a guide and Kate Ford Pty Ltd is not obliged to stay within these timeframes. No returns will be accepted due to a delayed shipment.

If there is a delay in shipping or out of stock items, you will be notified by email and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.

Duties and Taxes

Duties & Taxes are included in all international orders (no surprises upon arrival). We ship on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, meaning all your duties and taxes are paid for at the time of purchase and there will be no hidden fees when your order arrives at your chosen destination. International duties and taxes are included in your purchase price and are non-refundable once the shipment has cleared customs. However you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs office.

For any returns, you will be required to pay the International Shipping, Duties and Taxes Charges again at your own expense. All returns are sent DAP (Delivered At Place) with the customer responsible for all duties and taxes in their destination country unless your product is deemed faulty, we are responsible for all charges

Currency

All product prices indicated, and payments made on the Australian Online Store are in AUD currency. GST is included in the order total for all shipments within Australia.

We also offer USD and NZD online stores. USD is used worldwide other than New Zealand.

Tracking your Order

Once your order has been sent, you will receive a tracking number sent to your chosen email address used when checking out.

All deliveries must be signed for between 8am and 6pm. If no one is home, your parcel will be sent to your closest collection point. If an order is returned to us due to the collection not being picked up on time, you will be responsible for the shipping fees to return the product to your desired address and we will not offer a refund or store credit due to the return.
